At the peak of SC2 this summer, we performed a random statistical trial across three offices in two different regions with 28 sales reps of at least 1-2 weeks experience. We assigned reps into three groups: Regular Phoning (control), Queue (using Queue with no instruction), and Guided Queue (where reps were instructed to queue up 30 leads before making their first call).
